Quotes and estimates
- An estimate is free and is given after somebody has looked at the property.
- It holds for thirty days unless the scope changes.
- If we find something under the surface that changes the job, we stop and talk to you before we spend your money.
Scheduling
Maintenance routes run to a weekly day. Weather moves them, and in this part of the country it moves them often. If your day shifts, you will hear from the office rather than find out by looking out of the window.
Cancellation
Maintenance agreements can be cancelled with two weeks' notice and no fee. Project work cancelled after materials have been ordered is charged for those materials only.
Access and safety
We need gate access and we need to know about dogs, irrigation lines, low cables and anything buried that a spade would find. If a crew cannot work safely they will stop and call the office.
Liability
We carry insurance and we will put it right if we damage something. Plants are living things and no landscaper can guarantee that every one of them survives, which is why our warranty page sets out exactly what is covered and for how long.
