Turn walkthroughs into scaled planting and hardscape plans clients can read - and crews can build. Plant knowledge for the Gulf South required. $50k-$70k salary plus design commissions.

The voice that answers the phone matters as much as the crew on the lawn. Own a book of maintenance-plan clients - scheduling, renewals, and follow-through. $45k-$65k plus commission.
